A few things about us:
- Orders can be placed by visiting colmanandcompany.com or calling us at 800-891-1094.
- We are open 9am-6pm Mon-Thurs and till 5pm Friday
- Orders ship same day as long as you get it in by 4pm Eastern.
- It is important to go through the process of setting up your cutter & software in the correct order. If you skip steps or go on your own, you might not install it right and have to start over. That just won’t be fun.
The initial process for this is called Brush n Bake, Piece of Cake. This video series is designed to help you easily make your first rhinestone t-shirt today! Make sure you have the time dedicated to make this happen free of interruptions and distractions. Don’t rush through things; the Brush n Bake system is easy to use. Just like anything else, it does take practice to become a master, so be patient, learn from your mistakes and have fun.
As part of the On-Boarding process, your Customer Care Representative (CCR) will enroll you in the training course(s) you need access to. If you have not gotten in contact with your CCR yet, give them a call at 800-891-1094, and the will get you set-up for success.
