Getting Started:
The BN-20D installation process will start with the navigating to the BN-20D Download Center Page. You can access the BN-20D Download Center using the link below and/or the QR code found on the front of the machine. BN-20D Download Center
Manuals:
From the Manuals Tab, you will be provided a series of links to guides, manuals, and safety documents. Select the Machine Installation Guide for step by step instructions on the out-of-box setup procedure.Tip: It’s a good idea to download or bookmark the user’s manual at this point as well.
Software:
Following machine installation, it is now time to install the software. This includes the BN-20D Driver, Utility, and VersaWorks (V6.15 or higher). The Download Center Tab will redirect you to the registration page before redirecting to the specific download links.
**Note: Please reference your invoice for the correct serial number. Serial number should start with (YFS00**). Please reference (YFS00(last two digits) when registering, downloading software, and receiving assistance.
